Mind and Body 'M.O.T'

We regularly receive reminders to take our cars in for their annual M.O.T. - but we may forget to have ourselves 'checked out'.

We may be feeling we are not performing at our best, our reactions may seem sluggish and those muscles and joints may start to twinge.

Or if that regular training programme no longer seems to be 'working' as well as it used to - perhaps it is time for a 'Mind and Body M.O.T!

If we do not pay attention to these 'signals' from the body, we may find we are building up for more trouble ahead.

Simply getting up every morning in itself may seem like a huge effort when things seem to be a struggle.

Life events that come along, as of course they do, such as the sadness of a bereavement, a relationship break-up or divorce or in these 'credit crunch' days, the loss of our employment - so much a way we may define ourselves in society - can be the final straw that overloads our natural coping mechanisms.

Whatever YOUR situation - please come along and discuss things with me and let's see if we can get you feeling better about things!
