About Adele Miller

Taking many and varied complementary approaches to all sorts of problems or stress, over my 24 years in this field, has given me a real boost in life.

My background includes working in the commercial world, after university, followed by some years as a science teacher in secondary schools before I began using and training in Homeopathy. Recently completing a Diploma in Diet and Nutrition has updated my knowledge in these areas.

For over twenty years, I have used and taught Reiki, which many people report as being helpful in reducing their stress levels. Training in Neuro-Emotional Technique(TM) has been an exciting addition to my holistic approach as it especially complements chiropractic care.

My aim is to enhance each individual's well-being on all levels - mental, emotional and physical.

I have also worked with patients who have been on long term medication such as anti-depressants, sleeping pills, painkillers or steroids.

Many tell me they have been looking for a different approach before finding out about my approach.. By carefully analysing the progress of a case, I have been able to suggest exactly when a patient may be able to return to his or her G.P. and ask to have their medication reduced. Some have been able to move forward without medication in time, as they feel increasingly more able to cope with the stress and strains of life, or as they report their troublesome symptoms are reducing.

I am based at The Marlow Club, Marlow and offer home visits, on request, covering parts of Buckinghamshire, South Oxfordshire and Berkshire that comprise the Thames Valley area.
