A typical first session will last one hour and involves an 'in depth' discussion about your condition, including mental and emotional factors involved, as well as physical symptoms. A full medical history is required. Following the session, I will select the most appropriate remedy and will decide on a prescription, if applicable or discuss with you the recommendations I may have following my analysis of your case.
I will then send the remedy to you by post or we will arrange the next step, as you prefer. There are various options for a follow-up - you can contact me by email or by phone, or you can book a follow-up appointment at my practice. Internet follow-ups and even appointments, are also available for those who find themselves with limited time - though I prefer to meet you at least once, if possible, so I know the person behind the name!
It is helpful to be very attentive to how you feel after taking the remedy or having a treatment, as this will help to establish how your case is progressing. If you keep some informal notes in the first few days/ weeks after taking the doses and bring your notes to your follow-up, I can explain what that means for you in the progress of your case.
